The annual meeting of I.L.A Group was held on July 14, 2024 at Kattankudy Jumairah Beach Palace and marked a significant milestone in the company’s successful journey.

The Meeting was started with the recital of Quranic verses by Mr. Rizni Ahamed's fascinating voice and continued by Mr. Mohammad Fasmil's welcome speech. And Followed the speech by Managing Director Mr. Athnan Faris. 

They presented the highlights of the past fiscal year, emphasizing, innovation, and community impact.

Key achievements included the launch of several new products that have opened up new market opportunities and introduced numerous welfare programs for the entire employees through its I.L.A Charity which have significantly improved employee satisfaction and productivity.

The meeting also highlighted the company’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and expanding into new markets.

The GM, Moulavi N.M.Fasmil expressed confidence in the company’s strategic vision and dedicated team, ensuring continued success and growth in the coming years.

Also, Provided The Best Performers Awards and Gift Vouchers to archived employees by the Chairman of I.L.A Group Al-Haj I.L.Akram and Guests of event. Finally, presented the Vote of thanks by  Mr.Zamhar who is the Operation Manager of Batticaloa Branch.
