ILA Group Celebrates 7th Annual Staff Meeting with Joy and Unity

We are proud to share that the ILA Group, leading dealers in aluminium and glass, successfully celebrated our 7th Annual Staff Meeting on June 1st, continuing our tradition of unity, appreciation, and celebration.

The event commenced on a spiritual note with a beautiful Qiraath by our CEO, Mr. Rizni Ahamed, setting a serene tone for the day. A joyful birthday celebration followed for the Managing Director’s son, marked by a cheerful cake-cutting ceremony.

The day was filled with exciting games and activities for both children and staff, fostering team spirit and fun. A delicious lunch featuring special biriyani was enjoyed by all attendees.

We were honoured by the presence of KSM Yousuf Sahib, a special guest from Nagoor, India, whose presence added significance to our gathering. The event was held under the esteemed guidance of our Chairman, Al-Haj I.L. Akram, whose leadership continues to inspire us.

One of the most awaited segments was the Annual Achievement Awards, where we recognized excellence within our team:

Winners of the various games and competitions also received prizes in appreciation of their enthusiasm and participation.

The memorable event concluded on a warm note with a sweet cup of traditional kahwa and heartfelt salawat upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, wrapping up a day full of gratitude and camaraderie.
